Assembly Technician

Job Title:

Assembly Technician Job Description The Assembly Technician works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to build, integrate, and package server racks and related components. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring consistent use of hand tools, adherence to assembly instructions, and collaboration with a team to meet quality and production goals. Responsibilities Open and unpack chassis and components to prepare for server assembly. Install and replace brackets and labels according to specifications. Integrate computer parts into a chassis on a progressive assembly line. Use small hand tools to install screws and small parts into a chassis. Safely handle switches and other components and affix them correctly while applying appropriate labels. Install rails to the correct elevation based on rack specifications. Package finished racks securely for shipment or storage. Identify and scan labels to verify and confirm rack specifications. Assist with recycling materials and maintaining a clean, organized work area when required. Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for product assembly operations. Perform any other related tasks assigned to support production and operational needs. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility located near the Las Vegas Speedway. The position operates Monday through Friday with both day shift and swing shift options, with shift preference considered during selection. The work involves standing for extended periods, working on ladders, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, and using small hand tools in a production line setting. The facility environment is active and fast-paced, focused on technology manufacturing and warehouse operations.

North of the Speedway Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
