Staffworks is hiring Fiber Assemblers for Temp-to-Hire opportunities! Shift & Pay 2nd
Shift:
Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM $17.60/hr including 10% shift differential 3rdShift:
Sunday Thursday, 11:00 PM 7:00 AM $17.60/hr including 10% shift differential Weekly Pay Benefits available once hired on Requirements High School Diploma/GED Steel-toe boots/shoes required Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to follow detailed processes and directions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check Responsibilities Monitor fiber assembly equipment and identify unusual conditions or defects Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas Complete required production and quality documentation Report equipment, material, or quality issues to leadership Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures Ready to jump-start your career?
