As one of New York's leading remanufacturers , we're redefining sustainable interiors with precision-built, American-made workspaces. We're looking for a Laminate Fabricator Technician to join our millwork and fabrication team. If you enjoy working with your hands, know your way around a saw, router, or edge-bander, and take pride in clean, detail-oriented craftsmanship — this could be the place for you.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the fabrication of laminate worksurfaces and components used in remanufactured office furniture Handling and prepping materials — cutting, sorting, and staging parts for production Operating shop equipment such as CNC and edge bander (no programming required) as part of daily workflow Operating or assisting with adhesive application systems, including our 90' automated PVA glue line and post-forming spray equipment Reading shop drawings and measurements to ensure pieces are accurate and ready for assembly Supporting team leads by staying organized, on pace, and aware of job timelines Helping keep the shop floor clean, safe, and efficient throughout the day Notifying leads of any equipment or material issues that impact production
Qualifications:
Experience operating or supporting CNC machinery (no programming required) Familiarity with power tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced shop environment Physically able to lift 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move materials throughout the day If you're ready to work with a team that takes pride in what they build — and you want to work somewhere that sees you as more than just a set of hands — hit that apply button.
