Full Job Description Summary:
This CCR Assembler is responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.Essential Duties:
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Assemble components and subassemblies accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inspections of components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform validation testing of complete assemblies, including high power electrical testing
- Work with Engineering/Manufacturing Engineers as needed to build, document, and test product deviations / special order assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and team lift where necessary.
- Work toward continuous quality improvement.
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided.
- Experience with electrical components or small parts assembly is a plus.
Mathematical Skills:
- Basic math skills required, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as rulers or calipers with accuracy.
- Comfort working with units of measurement related to assembly processes (e.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in parts or assembly.
- Capable of troubleshooting minor assembly issues and communicating effectively with team leads.
Computer Skills:
- Basic familiarity with computers or tablets for reviewing work instructions or entering production data.
- Experience with manufacturing software or ERP systems is helpful, but not required.
