Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the packaging industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Temp to perm based on performance and experience.

- $17.00 per hour
Shift:
- Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am

- + Perform hand assembly of cardboard boxes and inserts + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment + Meet daily production goals and quality standards + Utilize tools and equipment effectively to assemble products + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

- + Ability to work reliably during scheduled hours + Basic understanding of assembly processes + Good communication skills and teamwork orientation + Reliable transportation to the work site + Willingness to adhere to dress code and safety guidelines
