Vida Signs is a growing NYC sign and large-format printing company specializing in custom signage, retail signage, illuminated signs, LED/neon, and large-format graphics . We work with clients in retail, fashion, hospitality, commercial, and event industries. We are looking for an experienced Sign Fabricator to join our production team. Job Responsibilities Fabricate custom signs according to drawings, measurements, and specifications Build channel letters, dimensional letters, lightboxes, cabinets, acrylic signs, and aluminum signs Cut, bend, drill, assemble, and finish aluminum, steel, acrylic, PVC, ACM, and other materials Assemble LED lighting and components for illuminated signs Perform basic electrical wiring for illuminated signs Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Read drawings and accurately follow measurements Assist with painting, finishing, vinyl application, and final assembly Inspect completed signs for quality and accuracy Work with the design and installation teams to complete projects on schedule Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Previous sign fabrication experience required Experience with aluminum and acrylic fabrication Ability to read drawings and work accurately from measurements Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Reliable and responsible Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Skills That Are a Plus Channel letter fabrication LED / illuminated sign assembly Acrylic fabrication Aluminum fabrication Welding CNC router Laser cutting Painting and finishing Electrical experience Vinyl application Sign installation experience Compensation $20-$50/hour , depending on experience and skill level.
