Months Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (4x10 shift) Your Contribution As a technician, you will engage in hands-on assembly tasks, supporting manufacturing engineering, production, and preproduction development activities. Core Responsibilities Construct electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies with high-level accuracy Execute assembly tasks for developmental products, prototypes, and standard production units Utilize microscopic tools to assist in the assembly and inspection of miniature parts Perform necessary quality testing, rework, and system modifications Help maintain operational consistency by identifying and adjusting for part variations Follow engineering guidance and work instructions to ensure successful outcomes in evolving environments Partner with development and manufacturing engineers to drive product innovation Uphold rigorous standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship Contribute to manufacturing process improvements to enhance team efficiency Verify that all finished products adhere to strict performance and specification requirements Required Qualifications Proven experience using microscopes for miniature component assembly Strong visual acuity for sustained, detailed microscopic work Experience handling delicate, miniature precision components Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to adapt to component inconsistencies and changing production conditions Capacity to perform effectively within a development or production setting Preferred Qualifications Background in clean room or ISO-controlled environments Experience with complex assemblies using microscopic equipment
IPC J-STD-001
Solder Certification Prior experience in medical device, electronics, or aerospace manufacturing Experience with troubleshooting, testing, or product rework Why Work With Us? Pay Details:
