A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.

Deburring-finishing Operator Position Overview:
Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for Assemble parts, deburring, buffing, tumbling and polishing of medical device instruments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions. Use a microscope to inspect your work. Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr. Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components. Maintain necessary logs. Provide necessary information to other team members and departments. Trouble shoot minor errors. Report on job status/progress to members of management team. Maintain quality, safety control standards. Punctuality a must Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications): Good eye coordination Ability to speak, read (English) Excellent communications skills Ability to handle delicate parts Flexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time
