Requirements Role and Responsibilities:
Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales. Following work instructions and drawings. Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures. Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets. Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks. Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters. Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives. Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures. Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings in English Proficient in the use of hand and power tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds The salary range is $41,600 - $50,000. #IND2
