We are seeking a detail-oriented Composite Manufacturing Technician to support the fabrication and production of composite parts. This role is responsible for performing vacuum bagging processes, mold preparation, part de-molding, and material documentation while maintaining quality standards and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow detailed work instructions, and committed to meeting production goals and deadlines. Essential Responsibilities Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for the fabrication and curing of composite parts. Prepare molds, cores, and core boxes by cleaning, smoothing surfaces, and repairing imperfections. Assemble cores into mold sections according to work instructions and production specifications. De-mold cured composite parts and inspect for quality and workmanship. Document materials used during the manufacturing process to ensure traceability and compliance. Utilize scanners for timekeeping, attendance tracking, and work traveler documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times. Work efficiently to meet production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines. Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional production tasks as needed. Required Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written instructions in English. Ability to use basic measuring instruments and tools. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift and handle rolls of material and other production-related items. High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred General knowledge of composite fabrication processes, vacuum bagging, manufacturing, or related production environments. Previous experience in composite manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, molding, or a similar production setting. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials and tools. Regular reaching, bending, and movement throughout the production area. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Pay Details:
