Responsibilities Assemble and inspect components while maintaining high quality standards. Operate small production equipment, including presses, scanners, and magnetizing/demagnetizing equipment. Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and height gauges. Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities as required. Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment. Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and report any equipment or safety concerns. Rotate between workstations and departments as needed to support production demands. Qualifications No prior manufacturing experience required. Training is provided. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and sitting or standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and communication skills.
