Employees may be assigned to different projects based on business needs and will be expected to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Assemble products or components according to project specifications and instructions. Sort and separate materials as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet established production rates once properly trained and proficient in the assigned tasks. Maintain consistent attention to detail and product quality throughout the workday. Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
