The Production Line Worker is responsible for supporting daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks including material handling, kit assembly, and order picking. This role ensures that products are accurately assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment in a safe and efficient manner.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports directly to the production manager and does not exercise supervisory responsibility.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assemble product kits accurately and efficiently, following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Understand and apply any special-order requirements, including label types and custom packaging. Complete all required quality control documentation and rework any product that fails inspection. Present completed orders for final quality inspection prior to shipment. Select and process orders from the inbound line using pick lists or handheld scanners. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Clear workstations of all labels and paperwork before starting a new order. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production and fulfillment goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment environment is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Ability to use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arm's length, stoop, kneel, crouch ability to bend, and lift materials up to 25 lbs. $17.00 per hour
