Job Description

Perform duties to manufacture high-quality stator winding assemblies to be used in high performance fans, blowers, and cooling systems. Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.

Complete all in process inspection requirements.

Inspect parts for non-conformities (defect recognition skills)

Perform the following tasks: Coil wind, Insulate, Sew, Attach/position, Insert, Motor wind, In process inspection, In process test, Mask, Clean, and Unmask Stator assemblies.

Maintain high quality.

Meet company output expectations.

Effectively manage your time

Adhere to all of AMETEK's policies as called out in employee handbook.

Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements For Consideration:

Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings and workstation instructions.

Ability to build all assemblies according to technical drawings and process.

Basic math and computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Good hand eye coordination (Dexterity)

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated for extended periods of time.

Good work ethic and time management skills.

Ability to use hand tools, and mechanical and electrical equipment. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to work on very fine wires and small props without error.

Good dexterity (hand eye coordination)

Ability to sit for long periods of time
