Monday - Friday, 7am-4:30pm (OT and weekends as needed) - (30 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Starting at $21/hour (Increases to $23 after 240 hours)

Hire Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assembling custom-built industrial air handling units (AHUs) in accordance with technical drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble complete units or major components of industrial air handling systems. Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and related equipment safely and effectively. Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial work environments. Ability to work confidently with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings or schematics. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
