Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Assembly and Wiring:
Perform the assembly of components and wiring according to provided diagrams and instructions. Ensure that all connections are secure and meet quality standards. 2. Microsoft O365: Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and related programs for documentation, communication, and record-keeping purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential for this role. 3.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move heavy components, equipment, or products, weighing up to 50 lbs., to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently. 4. Attention to
Detail:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process to ensure the accuracy and quality of the finished products. 5.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks to verify that all assembled products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. 6.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of completed assemblies, including any deviations or issues encountered during the process. 7.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback on assembly procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality. 8.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. 9.
Training and Development:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques, technologies, and processes as they evolve.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret assembly and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
