EM Wire Assembler (Immediate Need) We are currently seeking candidates with assembly and wiring experience for an electro-mechanical wire and cable assembly position for a custom electronics manufacturer in Solon. This is a set-down position involving cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing wires to build complex cable harnesses, ribbon cables, and multi-conductor assemblies.

Shift:

6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts)

Pay:

$15.00/hour Key Responsibilities Cut, strip, and terminate wires using automated or manual crimping and cutting tools Build custom wire harnesses, ribbon cables, and multi-conductor assemblies according to blueprints or diagrams Route, lace, and connect wires to components, terminals, and circuit boards Label wires, components and assemblies for proper identification and routing Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, proper routing, and secure connections Minimum Requirements Must have experience in a manufacturing setting Assembly experience required - good manual dexterity is a must Experience assembling wiring harnesses or electronics preferred Must be able to distinguish multiple color variations Must be able to start quickly (Monday 9/21)
