Job Description

Production Assembler Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift $19.50 Are you looking for a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule and early Fridays during the summer? Join our team as a Production Assembler and become part of a company committed to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Schedule Regular Hours Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM Summer Schedule (May through Labor Day)
Monday-Thursday:
6:30 AM•4:00
PM Friday:
6:30 AM•10:30 AM Some overtime is required based on production needs. What You'll Do As a Production Assembler, you'll play an important role in building high-quality products while working in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assemble products by following engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Operate a computer to review production schedules and update job status. Perform testing according to established procedures. Inspect parts throughout the assembly process to maintain quality. Assist with material handling and movement of components. Complete production paperwork, documentation, and quality records accurately. Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve questions and improve processes. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
