Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join their team as a Panel Assembly Technician. In this role, you'll work in a small, collaborative environment assembling panels and related components using a variety of hand tools. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with their hands. Construction experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
' Assemble panels and enclosures according to instructions or blueprints ' Use hand and power tools to cut, fit, and secure components ' Measure and mark materials accurately for drilling or cutting ' Inspect finished products for quality and completeness ' Maintain a clean and organized work area ' Assist with inventory of tools, parts, and materials ' Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
' Experience using hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) ' Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions ' Basic mechanical or construction knowledge ' Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day ' Previous construction or carpentry experience is a plus
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
