Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Interior Assembly Interior Assembly Responsibilities:
General assembly of all plastic components signage from detailed instructions Accuracy of all work is paramount Prioritize work orders with shipping date and production time Thoroughly inspect your work at all times to guarantee a superior finished product Maintains the condition of your work area, keep it free from trash and other unnecessary equipment Follows company safety policies and procedures Performs other duties as assigned

Exhibits and promotes behavior indicative of effective team functioning Performs any other tasks or assumes any additional responsibility to facilitate the manufacturing process or better the company as a whole Maintains safe, clean and organized work station
Skills and Competencies:
Motivation Good eyesight (corrected or uncorrected) and the ability to distinguish color is necessary Must be reliable, punctual, accountable, proactive and show initiative Safety awareness Must be organized, innovative, flexible and poses technical aptitude Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and dexterity
Education/Training:
Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent Associates degree is a plus
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing assembly industry
