2nd Shift Operator

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a 2nd Shift Operator to work at a company located in the Old Forge, PA area! Job Title 2nd Shift Operator Position Location Old Forge PA Pay/hours for position $14.25hr 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri Requirements of position The Floor Person will check machine personnel throughout their shift and provide needed raw materials and will take away finished goods. The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision and will take the initiative to see what is needed and respond without being asked.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Runs jobs on molding machines per the Work Ticket and Job Instructions. If the job is automatic and trimming and assembly are needed, performs those tasks, counts pieces, tags and closes the box, initials and dates the case label, places it on a pallet. 2. Removes parts on runners from the machine. Removes parts from runners, trims, checks part quality, and puts part in case or Gaylord and runners in scrap barrel. 3. Assembles parts if needed per job instructions. 4. Fills out the Production Summary and gives to the Molding Manager. 5. Notifies mechanic of any quality issues so machine adjustments can be made. Tags bad parts if needed. 6. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly workstation. 7. Runs jobs on molding machines per the Job Order and Job Instructions. 8. Meet's all production output quantities as dictated by the Job Order. 9. Removes parts from the machine. Trims parts from runners, checks part quality, and puts part in case or Gaylord and runners in scrap barrel. 10. Assembles parts if needed per job instructions. 11. Accurately count pieces, tags, and closes the box, initials and dates the case label, places it on a pallet. 12. Signs themselves into and out of Job Orders via Shop Floor software. 13. Notifies mechanic of any quality issues so machine adjustments can be made. Tags bad parts if needed. 14. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly workstation.
