Truss Assembler Paradise, PA Are you ready to build a strong foundation for your career? Our client is seeking dedicated Truss Assemblers for their 1st & 2nd shift team. Join a dynamic environment where your skills in assembly and attention to detail will be highly valued. Responsibilities of the Truss Assembler Read and interpret tape measures accurately. Hammer plates into roof trusses with precision. Follow blueprints and guidelines meticulously. Maintain attention to detail in all tasks. Adapt to varying climate conditions within the work environment. Engage in constant movement and physical activity. Requirements of the Truss Assembler Ability to work from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Ability to work from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Steel-toed boots or sneakers are mandatory. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Compensation/Benefits for the Truss Assembler Weekly pay. 1st shift $17 2nd shift $18 Production performance bonuses of up to $300 per month.
