Job Description The primary duty of this role is the mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand and/or power tools. The technician will be responsible for the final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles, as well as testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical subassemblies using hand and power tools. Perform final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles. Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies. Assemble modules according to provided schematics. Essential Skills Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test. Experience in reading electrical schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, and air tools. Good manual dexterity and basic computer operation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with circuit board assembly is a plus. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies is desired. Why Work Here?
