Light Industrial Assembler Now Hiring | 2nd & 3rd Shift | $18/Hour Are you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in manufacturing with paid training and the chance to earn performance-based incentives? Join our team as a Light Industrial Assembler and help support pallet production operations in a fast-paced lumber mill environment. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $18.00/hr What You'll Do Prepare and cut lumber to specifications for pallet assembly. Operate production equipment and planing machines. Stack, organize, and move materials throughout the facility. Use hand and power tools to repair, refurbish, and assemble pallets. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards. Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, twisting, and carrying. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a solid work history. Ability to work Monday through Friday on assigned shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Marys, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
