Job Description
Machine Operator - Immediate start! Chester County, PA Temporary-to-permanent (W2) Hourly rate: $20-24 an hour
+ Guaranteed overtime (10 hours paid at 1.5X)
+ Sign on bonus (after temporary period) + 1 stage interview process This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a well-established engineering manufacturer supplying precision mechanical equipment to a range of industrial markets. Previous experience assembling hydraulic products is not required. We're looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to use hand and power tools, and ideally the ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints. Full training will be provided. This role would suit someone from a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, automotive, maintenance, fabrication, construction, or other hands-on technical background who is looking to develop specialist skills within a growing manufacturing environment. With guaranteed overtime and a sign on bonus upon transferring to a permanent position, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their first step on the ladder within a specialist manufacturing company, whilst increasing their overall earnings.
