Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet & Millwork Finisher/Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of wood finishing processes and be capable of producing high-quality finishes on custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork. Requirements High experience in cabinet and millwork finishing. Ability to properly prepare surfaces for finishing. Strong knowledge of mixing paints, stains, sealers, catalysts, and finishing materials according to manufacturer specifications. Experience with a variety of finishes including: Paint Stain Clear coats Lacquer Polyurethane and specialty finishes Understanding of the complete finishing process from preparation to final coat. Ability to identify and correct imperfections to achieve a premium-quality finish. 100% proficiency in operating spray equipment and spray guns. 100% proficiency using sanding machines and hand-sanding techniques. Ability to work independently and maintain production schedules. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Prepare, sand, prime, stain, and finish cabinetry and millwork products. Mix and apply finishing materials accurately. Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently. Perform quality control inspections throughout the finishing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Reliable transportation.
