1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime Available Build Large Industrial Equipment and Grow Your Manufacturing Career We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish, working on both standard and custom-built units. Projects range from smaller commercial ovens to large-scale equipment used in industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities Assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from component parts through final completion Install insulation, hardware, oven linings, doors, hinges, and related components Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure and cut metal materials accurately using a tape measure and hand tools Work with aluminum and other metal products throughout the assembly process Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other production personnel Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet production goals in a high-volume manufacturing environment Required Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using hand and power tools Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform precise measurements Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills Comfortable working with metal materials Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights when necessary Willingness to work around insulation materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or industrial experience Mechanical assembly experience Fabrication or production background Experience working alongside welders and fabricators Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
