In this role, you will be an essential part of the assembly process within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that each component is assembled accurately and efficiently. Your hands-on expertise and commitment to safety will contribute to our mission of delivering reliable solutions to our customers. Responsibilities Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment according to detailed specifications and safety standards Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards Follow established procedures for handling parts, tools, and finished goods in a busy factory setting Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and supplies used during assembly Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with familiarity in assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment effectively and safely Warehouse experience including operating forklifts or similar equipment is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the assembly process Ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their manufacturing skills while contributing to a collaborative team.
