Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and finished products according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and production documents. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, measurement instruments, and technical drawings will ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to ensure accurate assembly Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from specifications Follow safety protocols by properly utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to shop safety standards Assist in the fabrication or modification of parts as needed using welding, machining, or soldering techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials for efficient workflow Requirements Proven experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Knowledge of shop math, fabrication processes, welding, soldering, and machining is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with warehouse procedures such as forklift operation and manual handling is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret production documents and schematics accurately Experience working with manufacturing or production environments preferred Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail for precise assembly tasks Join our team as an Assembly Technician if you're eager to contribute your technical skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting.
