Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available) Job Summary We are looking for an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small parts, inspect products for quality, and operate basic production equipment in a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assemble products by following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met. Work with very small components, including parts smaller than 5 mm. Use microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection work. Operate production equipment and tools safely. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Support team members and maintain a positive team environment. Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures as required. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with small parts and detailed assembly work. Able to use a microscope for extended periods. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or assembly experience. Medical device assembly experience. Cleanroom experience. Soldering or spot welding experience. Ability to read blueprints. Experience working with quality standards and inspections. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
