Maintain organized vendor files and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any invoice discrepancies or disputes. Track historical utility purchases and usage using analytical spreadsheets. Assist financial leadership with standard purchase price variance and cost analysis. Provide backup support for invoicing and front desk reception when needed.
