Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a vital role in building high-quality products through precise mechanical assembly and fabrication. As a Production Assembler, you will utilize your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure each component meets rigorous standards, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations. Duties Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production documents to accurately follow assembly instructions. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Conduct fabrication tasks including welding, soldering, machining, and the use of fabrication tools to create or modify parts as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure timely completion of production goals. Requirements Proven experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical blueprint comprehension. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math for accurate measurements. Familiarity with welding, soldering, machining, and the use of specialized industrial tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents effectively. Experience with manual handling tasks and operating power tools safely. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with shop math and fabrication techniques.
