Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where your skills will directly contribute to creating high-quality products through precise mechanical assembly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technical drawings, ensuring each component is assembled accurately and efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their expertise in industrial fabrication and assembly processes. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in delivering exceptional results that meet our rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure components meet specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and effectively Assemble mechanical components using welding, soldering, fabrication techniques, and mechanical assembly methods Conduct quality checks with measuring instruments and ensure adherence to production documents and safety protocols Handle manual tasks including lifting and positioning parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred; familiarity with shop math and technical drawing interpretation is a plus Hands-on knowledge of mechanical blueprint reading, fabrication, welding, soldering, and machining processes Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools Experience operating power tools, pneumatic tools, specialized industrial tools, and equipment is advantageous Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive environment where your skills can grow.
