Job Title:

Assembler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role involves working collaboratively to complete product assemblies, ensuring quality and precision in every task. Responsibilities Complete product assemblies using hand and power tools. Manipulate small and large parts to ensure correct assembly. Interpret technical documents and follow written or verbal instructions. Work collaboratively on a production line to meet required output. Verify serial numbers and maintain traceability. Perform quality inspections and identify defective components. Assemble boxes and packaging materials when needed. Sort, stage, and store materials according to organizational standards. Package firearms following company protocols. Complete required daily paperwork and submit to management. Assist shipping/receiving with unloading and inventory checks as needed. Essential Skills Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and defect detection skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent aptitude and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Open to training and learning new processes. Previous assembly experience is a plus. Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments. Why Work Here?
