Panel Assembler Job Description As a Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses based on engineering prints. Your primary responsibility will be to physically assemble, wire, and test control panels for industrial equipment, ensuring precision and quality in every detail. From fabricating controls to the final testing phase, you will be involved in the entire process, guaranteeing that all components are mounted correctly, wired accurately, and tested thoroughly for optimal performance. Your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures will be key in delivering top-notch automation solutions. Responsibilities Physically assemble, wire, and test control panels for industrial equipment. Fabricate controls and ensure all components are mounted correctly. Wire accurately and test thoroughly for optimal performance. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Essential Skills Experience with electrical wiring and assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools for strip and crimp assembly. Knowledge of panel building and wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level candidates start at $17, while skilled assembly and electrical wiring experience is valued at $19. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work is conducted during the 1st shift, from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hixson, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
