Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products, ensuring that all assemblies meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical aptitude and technical skills will make a tangible impact on our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Job Duties Assembles and tests subcomponents and finished product using various hand and power tools while referencing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure one's own quality. Participates in assembly of products derived from research and development activities, providing feedback and suggestions for future projects. Applies high attention to detail and shows initiative to learn and be trained on various types of assemblies and processes. Sets up workstation, jigs, fixtures, and equipment specific to task assigned via shop order to ensure both safety and quality. Participates in process improvement activities with company staff including Production, Quality, and R&D. Requirements Working knowledge of general hand tools, technical instructions/drawings, and mechanical concepts required. General technical skills developed through a combination of mechanical/electromechanical work experience such as assembly and repair of equipment, employer-based training, and/or formal education. Diploma or GED required; certificate or degree in related technical field or relevant work experience desired. Working knowledge of computer applications (used to access drawings and record information such as time and attendance and quality data). Ability to frequently lift and carry up to thirty-five (35) pounds. Able to perform work requiring varying amounts of standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, lifting, and reaching.
Pay:
$17.84 - $24.88 per hour
