Days/Hours:

6:00AM

•2:30PM, M-F and plus Mandatory overtime.

Pay Rate:

$15.00

•$20.00 based on experience.

Job Duties as below:
Truss Assembler Positions:

Requires physical labor to assemble, cut, and stack wooden trusses according to specific engineering designs and blueprints

Interpreting blueprints for plate sizes, nailing patterns, and stacking order.

Laying out lumber and metal plates on assembly carts or floors.

Using specialized pneumatic tools and heavy equipment to secure trusses.

Standing for long periods, regular heavy lifting, and working in warehouse or outdoor conditions.

Adhering to strict OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory to work overtime is required.
  • No experience is required, willing to train, if you are willing to learn.
  • Required driver's license or State ID Card and Social Security Card.
  • Required a bank account for direct deposit.
  • No High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Felony is case by case.
