POSITION SUMMARY
Assemble products to customer specifications safely, efficiently, and on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all safety rules and promote a safe work environment Assemble, align, and fasten parts using hand and power tools Inspect, test, and adjust units to meet specifications Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions Connect wiring, hoses, and components as required Measure and verify parts using gauges and tools Report issues or defects to supervisor Communicate production, quality, and safety concerns Train others as needed (Level
II & III
) Support process improvements (Level III)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred + 1 year experience Ability to read blueprints and use basic math Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to inspect products for quality standards Good communication and teamwork skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Mostly standing (95%) with some bending, kneeling, and reaching Lift up to 40 lbs (most items 5-30 lbs) Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work Ability to see close details
