Temp 2nd Shift Assemblers- Bonham, TX RPM Staffing is hiring 2nd Shift Assemblers for a warehouse facility in Bonham, TX!
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM Must be willing to train on 1st shift (6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM) for 2-3 weeks.
Pay:
$16.50/hour Job Overview In this role, you will assist in the production and assembly of wooden reels used for shipping and industrial applications. Team members may be assigned to different departments throughout the facility based on production needs, so flexibility is important. Essential Job Duties- Assemble pre-cut wooden boards using mallets, nail guns, and staple guns.
- Lay out and assemble reel components according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders and product identification information.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove and replace misaligned nails using hand tools.
- Operate machinery to cut lumber to specific lengths and drill holes or slots.
- Insert hubs into lumber using hand tools.
- Remove wooden flanges from conveyor systems and stack for the next stage of production.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs. Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions.
- Ability to use hand tools, nail guns, staple guns, and production equipment safely.
- Must be willing to work in different areas of the facility as needed.
