In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, and finishing ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality cabinetry solutions for residential projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and teamwork are valued. Responsibilities Assemble RTA cabinets using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines, following detailed timelines in order to meet order deadlines. Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, siding, trim, and other related components on cabinetry orders. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for cabinet fabrication, installation, and restoration projects. Utilize time management skills to assess project requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct quality checks during assembly to maintain high standards of craftsmanship; perform touch-ups and damage restoration as needed. Follow power tool safety protocols while operating hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and metal stud framing equipment. Collaborate with team members to interpret calendar deadlines Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry disciplines including residential carpentry, trim carpentry, Cabinetry/remodel knowledge Experience with woodworking techniques using hand tools and power tools for woodworking; familiarity with woodworking machines is a plus. Hands-on experience in construction site work with a focus on cabinetry installation and remodeling projects. Ability to operate wood construction materials safely while adhering to power tool safety standards. Skilled in fabricating custom cabinetry components and working with various woodworking materials such as plywood, MDF, and solid wood. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and demanding physical tasks involved in restoration industry projects.
