Full-Time, Temp to Hire Overview A growing manufacturing company is seeking hands-on Assemblers to support the production of HVAC systems used in specialized vehicles and equipment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret work orders to gather required parts Assemble HVAC systems using hand tools at a workstation Package finished products for shipment Report inventory or part discrepancies to maintain workflow Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards throughout the process Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Includes scheduled breaks and lunch period

Qualifications Required:

Comfortable using hand tools and assembling parts Ability to read basic instructions and match part numbers Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment Ability to maintain speed while minimizing errors

Preferred:
