Saturday OT Responsibilities:

Assemble, disassemble, repair, and overhaul Load Tap Changers Perform mechanical/electrical testing (HiPot, TTR, Ductor, Megger) and troubleshoot LTC mechanical, electrical, control, alarm, and interlock systems Read schematics/drawings, perform circuit tracing and verification, and mark up drawings Support LTC oil processing Develop and deliver technical training (classroom, hands-on, lab) train and mentor operations, engineering, service staff, and customers Maintain training materials, SOPs, and job aids evaluate trainee knowledge and skills Prepare technical/test reports and training documentation Serve as SME for LTC systems support safety, quality, and continuous improvement collaborate across

Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales/Marketing Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 5+ years' experience with power transformers and Load Tap Changers in utility, OEM, service, transmission, distribution, or generation environments Strong knowledge of LTC assembly/refurbishment, electrical testing and diagnostics, controls, interlocks, alarms, and transformer auxiliary systems Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication (written/verbal) skills Experience preparing technical reports Able to stand for extended periods lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and operate tools and light machinery

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical disciplines. Previous technical training or mentoring experience. Experience working with multiple LTC manufacturers.
