$16.00/hr Temperature-Controlled Environment Position Summary We are seeking Packagers / Assemblers to join our client's manufacturing team in the South Dallas / Duncanville area. In this role, you will work as part of a team assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. Responsibilities Fold, assemble, and package products into boxes and containers Form and pack cartons and product trays Assemble molded components according to production standards Inspect products for quality and accuracy Collate and organize finished products for shipment Perform limited material handling duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with additional production duties as assigned Requirements Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
