PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operator to play a key role in how our pet-focused products are made. This position sits at the heart of our manufacturing process—responsible for batching, mixing, and partnering with the production team to deliver safe, high-quality products to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for following mixing SOPs, while maintaining a safe environment. Measure, weigh, and confirm all ingredients Follow batch sheets exactly, including order, timing, and quantities. Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments to settings as needed. Maintain batch records, logs, and other documentation. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Fill drums/totes for packaging on the line. As necessary, clean out mixing equipment between batches. Stay in close coordination with the manufacturing team to ensure on-time production.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Ability to respectfully and effectively communicate, including the ability to read, write, and listen in English. Competence in basic math computation, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum 1 - 2 years manufacturing experience, preferably as a batch operator and/or production assembler in an industry related environment required. Must have experience with operating and maintaining mixing, filling and capping machines and ensuring the entire production line is running efficiently. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.). Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs or more, repeatedly Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
