AssemblerPosition Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling small parts and components while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components accurately and consistently. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications. Handle, grasp, manipulate, and assemble small parts with accuracy and precision. Inspect components during the assembly process to identify defects or quality concerns. Maintain consistent quality while meeting production expectations. Follow established quality-control procedures and manufacturing standards. Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Report defective materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Complete repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work cooperatively with team members and take direction from supervisors. Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong focus on quality and accuracy. Safety-conscious mindset. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Previous experience with small-part assembly is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods depending on the assigned workstation. Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements throughout the shift. Ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble small components. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move materials as required. Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail when working with small parts.

From $16.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
