Assembler Job Summary:

The Assembler puts together metal products and packages them following specific instructions. This role reports to the Operations Manager and receives daily guidance from the Production Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble metal parts using tools and machines. Follow written instructions and assembly drawings. Maintain tools and equipment; report needed repairs. Keep track of tools and materials; request more if needed. Check finished products for quality and report any issues. Keep work area clean and safe. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

Able to read and follow instructions and diagrams. Detail-oriented and reliable. Works well in a team. Can handle basic equipment maintenance. Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for long periods and do repetitive work. Can lift up to 50 pounds.
