Welder III:

Starting at $28.00/hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Welder I and Welder III candidates to join our manufacturing team. These positions are responsible for welding and fabricating steel and sheet metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates should have MIG welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and possess strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel struts, sheet metal, and fabricated components. Lift, clamp, fit, tack weld, and spot weld materials according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions. Measure, cut, and prepare metal components for welding. Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools. Inspect finished welds and components to ensure quality standards are met. Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing of welded parts. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards. Assist other production departments as needed. Qualifications Welder I Previous MIG welding experience preferred. Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools. Knowledge of welding equipment and fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Welder III 5+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Experience fabricating sheet metal and structural steel components. Ability to work independently and maintain high quality and productivity standards. Experience troubleshooting welding issues and mentoring less experienced welders is a plus. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
