At Texas Hydraulics, we manufacture custom hydraulic cylinders and components used in demanding industries around the world. Every finished product starts with quality materials, attention to detail, and employees who take pride in their work.

We're looking for dependable team members to support our hydraulic cylinder production process. In this role, you'll help prepare, clean, inspect, and process components before they move into final assembly.

This is a full-time position with opportunities to learn manufacturing processes and grow your skills within the organization.

What You'll DoDepending on production needs, you may be assigned to one of several production support functions.

Component Preparation Review work orders and production documents to identify required materials Pull and verify components for specific work orders Remove weld splatter and prepare components for the next stage of production Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality requirements Organize and stage materials for downstream operationsParts Washing & Inspection Wash and inspect components for debris, contamination, or defects Verify parts meet documented requirements Stamp and identify materials according to production documentation Install valves, plugs, and other required components Prepare completed work for transfer to the next production operationGeneral Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals and team objectives Perform quality checks throughout the process Assist with other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals Ability to use common measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and positive teamwork Manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredWhy Texas Hydraulics? Required PPE may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other required safety equipment.

Physical RequirementsEmployees regularly stand, walk, reach, handle materials, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Employees must be able to regularly lift and/or move materials as required by the job. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
