About the Role As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality industrial components. You will utilize your technical skills in fiberglass lay-up and resin application to ensure our products meet rigorous structural and aesthetic standards. Responsibilities Execute precise fiberglass lay-up and composite fabrication processes to create durable industrial products. Prepare, cut, and shape composite materials to meet exact project specifications and blueprints. Operate industrial power tools, including grinders and saws, to achieve high-quality surface finishes. Mix and apply resins and catalysts according to technical requirements to ensure structural integrity. Install finished fiberglass components into complex assemblies such as ductwork and ventilation systems. Maintain a safe and efficient workspace by utilizing shop equipment and overhead hoists correctly. Collaborate with the production team to meet output goals while maintaining high quality control standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to work with hand and power tools in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret basic blueprints and technical measurements. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, climbing, and repetitive motion. Reliable attendance and a commitment to maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in fiberglass lamination, composite repair, or industrial fabrication. Certification or documented experience operating a forklift. Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for material preparation.
