Overview We are seeking a dedicated shop worker and skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong understanding of assembly processes. This role involves working on-site, collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality assembly of products and structures. The Assembler will be responsible for interpreting schematics and applying their construction skills to meet project specifications. Responsibilities Assemble cabinets including hardware, using necessary tools according to specified guidelines. Cut out cabinets, edgeband, and dowel parts for assembly Laminate, cut, file, and clean cabinets, countertops, and parts Prep parts, sand, putty, clean, and package cabinets and fixtures. Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with carpentry, but will train. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the assembly process.
